Agony aunt: a person, usually a woman, who gives advice to people with personal problems, especially in a regular magazine or newspaper article (dictionary).
A Question made (Example of question by the Washington English center) to an agony aunt:
My best friend gave me a bright purple leather purse for my birthday. It has a skull and crossbones on the back and it glows in the dark. I hate it. She keeps asking me if I like it and when I’m going to wear it. What can I tell her?
The answer to her./ by Y.Muriel in Vocaroo voice recording:

Dear Monica
I think you should tell him that you are unhappy because you don’t love crazy colours like purple. So he could perhaps realize that you don’t want this horrible purse. How about buying another purse? If I were you, I would tell him which purse you prefer. Then, your friend could change it. Or, have you ever thinked about carrying a purse like this? If all of these options don’t work, something unlikely to happen, you should look for another friend!
