It’s ages since I’ve heard from you. I hope you and your family are well.
About your question on how to study English, whether to do it online or face to face, I can explain you what I have just learned watching a video about this topic. It says that one of the most advantages of traditional onsite education is that it is much easy than online class. There’s more work to do in an online course because you’re not showing up one or twice a week on your class. What’s more, the quality of interaction is much better as the students spend much time speaking.
On the other hand, the video also mentions that an online education makes easier to manage the time of busiest lives. Also there’s a higher technology which you have a wealth of educational resources at your fingertips.
It would be misleading to suggest that what way of learning is much better without to assess your suitability. So before you embark on a course, maybe you can ask for help to the professor as a sign that you are a strong student but not a beak one, although finally it’s a very personal decision.
I’ll try phone you at the weekend to check if you have any questions.
