Try doing something new

If you felt like you were stuck in a rut, you would follow in the footsteps of the great American philosopher Morgan Spurlock and try something new for a 30 days.

It turn out that 30 days is just about the right amount of time to add a new habit or substrat a habit, like watching the news, from your life.

So think about something that you have always wanted to add to your life and try it for the next 30 days.

There are things that you can learn while doing these 30 days challenges.

The first thing is the time is much more memorable instead of the months flying by forgotten. You can notice than as you start to do more and harder during this time, you self-confidence grow. What’s more, you can go from desk-dwelling computer nerd o someone like that to the kind of person who bikes to work for fun.

You would never have a adventure like this before you start a 30-day challenge.

Have you ever wanted to write a novel? Every year a lot of people try to write their own novel from scratch. It turns out that all you have to do is write 1667 words a day for a month. Maybe the secret is not to go to sleep until you have written your words for the day. You might sleep-deprived but you will finish your novel. Perphaps it will be a awfull novel but you wrote a novel. And if you want to, you can say “I am a novelist”.

Secondly, I would like to add that in this 30 days you will learn that when you make a small, sustainable change, things you could keep doing, they were more likely to stick. There is nothing wrong with big crazy challenges, but they are less likely to stick.

So, what are you waiting for? The next 30 days are going to pass whether you like it or not. So why not think about something you have always wanted to try, and give it a shot for the next 30 days?
