The organisations should be businesses as well as organizations with a social benefit.
These should be the thoughts of a famous CEO of a big company:
“I was particularly struck reading about the bad situation such as long-term unemployed people and I recognizes that there are people that aren’t born lucky like me.
First at all, I would like to say that I totally agree with the idea that we should help long-term unemployed workers. As I see it, we have to give them a chance by providing them a work. Furthermore, giving them training, work experience and a little pocket money as some social organization brings, we promotes a more long-term and sustainable approach to the issue than unemployment benefits. More importantly, we bring a positive change in the work world.
Secondly, I would like to mention that these workers will be motivated working so they will make a better job.
And above all else, I fully expect to see a change like never before, in such an important aspect of supporting good causes by billionaires. I hope that my story shows how a social business can evolve and spread in a way that inspires wealthy people to invest in social business.
To sum up, I would like to be remembered as do-gooder as well as a self-made businesswomen helping unlucky people and making the world a better place. So to change this social problem I will support financially companies that hire unemployed people. I feel as a philanthropist giving money to the right person who will develop a much wider benefit.”
